Privacy Policy for CPS and its affiliates. Our Policy

Confidential Customer Information
CPS receives and utilizes personal information
when a customer agrees to use our services. Our policy
is to keep this information strictly confidential unless
otherwise authorized by you. The following are some
examples of personal confidential information we use.
- Information
from third party sources to verify the accuracy of
your information.
- Credit
reports obtained from credit bureaus and authorized
agencies, containing your personal credit history
from.
- Contact
information you submit to us, including: birth date,
mother's maiden name, social security number, monthly
income.
- Technical
information relating to how and when you visit CPS.
We uses "cookies" to collect information
about how our customers use our site in order to better
serve them. (please see section VI. below)
- Employment
information from past employers and agencies to verify
employment history.
- Personal
financial records held with our dealer partners and
affiliates, including relevant financial transactions,
outstanding loan balance(s), payment records and revolving
credit terms.

How We Use Your Information
Once we receive your information, we
review it along with any other information supplied
to us. We then forward it to a partner dealer who will
help locate an appropriate source for your auto loan.
If a lender is found, we will refer you to the qualified
dealership for further assistance. During this process,
your customer information may also be shared with our
"privileged parties" (see below). We also
use your personal customer information to confirm your
identity during an inquiry about the account. Furthermore,
we use our customer's personal information to prevent
fraud.

Shared Information
To successfully match our customers
with an appropriate lender and dealership, we may share
your personal information with one or more of our "privileged
parties." Privileged parties include our affiliates,
qualified dealerships and other financial institutions
authorized by CPS to help provide auto financing for
our customers. Such privileged parties will have access
only to information pertaining directly for the purpose
of obtaining auto financing. The information provided
is also limited to the particular circumstance and is
shared under strict confidential terms to prevent misuse.
All CPS affiliates and partners have likewise agreed
to use the personal information you have supplied only
as intended and according to our terms.
Privileged parties may include law enforcement agencies,
government agencies and credit bureaus as dictated by
credit regulation and law. We do not sell information
about our customers, their accounts or transactions
to others for any other use without their expressed
consent. Below are the types of personal customer information
we share with privileged parties:
- Customer information
provided to third parties involved in collecting a
past due account balance.
- Customer information
provided to our auditors in the event of a regulatory
or financial audit.
- Customer information
necessary to protect the confidentiality of your account.
- Customer information
provided to law enforcement agencies in the event
of a suspected crime.
- Customer information
submitted to authorized credit agencies in accord
with fair credit reporting.
- Customer information
in compliance with a legal requirement such as a court
order or subpoena.

Gram-Leach-Bliley Act
CPS upholds strict standards in compliance
with all state and federal laws regulating the use personal
financial information. We take all physical and electronic
measures to safeguard our customer's personal information
and protect it against fraud and privacy violations.
CPS maintains compliance with the leading customer information
regulatory law, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act
CPS complies with the requirements
of Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, 15 U.S.C.
§§6801 through 6810 ("GLB Act"),
and the Federal Trade Commission's implementing regulation,
Regulation P, 16 C.F.R. Part 313 ("Regulation
P"), in particular, as both relate to the disclosure
and protection of Non-Public Personal Information
("NPI") for customers with regard to the
authorized distribution and intended use of customer's
financial information to other parties. CPS will substantially
comply with the GLB Act and Regulation P for all customer
NPI received, transferred or obtained from the use
of this site or from a party.

Security
CPS operates secure
data networks and servers protected by industry standard
firewall and password protection systems. Our security
and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced
as necessary, and only authorized individuals have access
to the information provided by our users. Even your
registration account password is encrypted before it
is sent to our computers.
CPS takes several measures to ensure
that your information is treated securely and in accordance
with state and federal regulation. Unfortunately, no
data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed
secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your
personal information, we cannot guarantee the security
of any information you divulge. We recommend that you
do not disclose your password to anyone. We will never
ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call
or in an unsolicited email. You, the customer, are ultimately
responsible for the security of your CPS user name and
password.

Cookies
CPS uses "cookies"
to collect data about how our site is used. Cookies
let us record information about your preferences and
passwords and permit you to access our site without
having to reintroduce yourself. These cookies, however,
do not store any personally identifiable information
such as your name, email address, phone number, etc.
as you browse the site.
When you visit us, our Web server sends
a cookie to your computer. This cookie merely stores
a limited amount of information about your site visit,
but does not recognize any personal identification about
you. The cookie tracks aggregate information on how
our site is being used, including session counts, navigation
